This year we are doing something a little more than our usual “put your money where your mouth is” stance on our Lions takes. Which allows me to introduce to you… The Take-ulator.
We were spot on with every bet from week one and we are going to keep going.
Here’s how the Take-ulator works:
◦ Every blog post, tweet, & podcast episode will be reviewed for “takes” after they are released to the public.
◦ A “take” will be classified as any statement that can be proven as right or wrong in the future.
◦ Every week we will update the “Take Accuracy” using the Take-ulator, to show if we’re full of shit or prove we know ball.
◦ The Take-ulator can be found on the blog’s home page
Starting off… (odds are accurate to time article is posted using DraftKings Sportsbook)

Lions -4 -112
Seattle will be without four defensive starters Monday due to various injuries. They include defensive linemen Leonard Williams (ribs) and Byron Murphy II (hamstring) as well as linebackers Boye Mafe (knee) and Uchenna Nwosu (knee).
In addition, linebacker Jerome Baker is listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.
Seattle’s banged up defense will have no answer for Ben Johnson’s scheme and our offensive weapons. Lions by a billion today to claim our first win against Seattle in 12 years.

David Montgomery & Jahmyr Gibbs anytime TD scorers. -135 & -115
Missing those 4 (possibly 5) aforementioned defensive starters, Seattle will have to rely on backups to plug & play against one of the best rushing attacks in the entire league.
Monty has been playing his best ball of his career so far this season, and we think Gibbs is primed & ready to have a field day against this lackluster defense.

Jared Goff over 0.5 rushing yards -110
QB1 bounced back nicely from a poor performance against Tampa Bay, returning to his solid form against Arizona last week. After a game sealing scramble for a first down at the end of the game, Jared explained to media that he tries to run for at least one first down each week.
This banged up Seattle line against our top offensive line unit won’t get much of anywhere today. Jared will take limited sacks and scramble for those clutch yards to bang this bet.
TOTAL PARLAY ODDS: +750
