This year we are doing something a little more than our usual “put your money where your mouth is” stance on our Lions takes. Which allows me to introduce to you… The Take-ulator.

We were spot on with nearly all of our bets & predictions last season, so we’re gonna take it to the next level and actually track the accuracy of what we’re saying to you.

Here’s how it works:

◦ Every blog post, tweet, & podcast episode will be reviewed for “takes” after they are released to the public.

◦ A “take” will be classified as any statement that can be proven as right or wrong in the future.

◦ Every week we will update the “Take Accuracy” using the Take-ulator, to show if we’re full of shit or prove we know ball.

Detroit Lions Alt Spread -6.5

The Texans are banged up and the Lions are only getting healthier look for the Houston team to get “embarrassed” this week .

Jameson Williams over 2.5 receptions -115

Waymo is coming off another suspension so very fresh legs. Watch for him to get plenty of space and haul in some big gains for the best team in the league.

• David Montgomery anytime TD scorer -135

Not really sure if this even needs to be said anymore but Monty in the redzone is an inevitability. Putting up points is what Knuckles does!

Amon-Ra St. Brown over 50 receiving yards -310

The sun god has had a larger workload since the bye week and with the how JG is slinging the ball right now look for Ra to get plenty of touches this week.

Jahmyr Gibbs over 50 Rushing Yards- 225

Sonic has been electric this year. Going against a Texans team that allows 4.7 yards per attempt to average running backs this should be light work for Gibbs.
